A detailed review for all those who are looking to buy this rope pros : 1 . the rope is very heavy (14mm) which actually burns more calories than a normal 2mm jump rope , 2. it uses all your muscles , shoulders , back , chest , forearms , biceps and your legs of course as u jump and pull and swing the rope 3. I regularly run and jog but just 10 minutes of this jump rope made me sweat more than I do while jogging for half an hour . this is a superb cardio equipment you should carry 4. the color , oh I love it , its bright and shiny , even visible during night , definitely its a head turner . 5 . the material is thick , but I would still suggest that u use it on a smooth concrete rather than rough concrete for a longer life ❤️ Cons: 1. the handles doesn’t have a bearing system which could be added so the swing becomes much smoother 2. the length adjustment is a bit tedious and would require to cut the rope and refix the screws . 3. the handles are comfortable but very light

висит на двери шкафа, лень вставать фотать) Начнем: скакалка не плохая, выглядит надежно. коректируется по длине тоже просто и надежно. в первый день эксплуатации ушли накладки на ручку, они сами слезают. кстати они там и не нужны. прыгать можно, сильно забиыаются кисти и руки. ее классно использовать как дополнительную скакалку.

The rope is heavy than I exspected and high quality. The handles are a bit thicker than usual, the length is long enough I even had to cut it a bit, my height is 1.62cm. Overall I like the rope and recommend.
