Good but tedious more suitable for ppl who are into HIIT. At the start do follow instructions to do basic exercises first before attempting full actual wkout. Pls note that if there’s a gap between wheel and both sides of foam holders when fixing, simply use a hammer to hammer it in til gap is filled so wheel wont be unstable n move around when rolling. If overly tight, simply use hand to lightly pull out slightly. In this way wheel ll be smooth n stable to use yet not overly tight n have too much tension. Seller honest, helpful n quick in replying.
