Refunds

 

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

 

  1. You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
  2. You receive the wrong item.
  3. You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
  4. Return and refund are accepted within 7 days since you receive the products.

We do not issue the refund or return if:

 

  1.  Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (for example – providing the wrong shipping address, customer was not available for pick up or receive the product for long time).
  2. Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (for example – not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of sportsorion.com.
  4. The product you purchased is of incorrect number, colour, quantities or size which are chosen by yourself.
  5. The item got damaged by yourself such as damage after use, water damage and so on.
  • We do not repair or replace items with an expired warranty period.
  • If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 15 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sportsorion.com.

Exchanges

 

  • If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Shipping returns

 

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to address given by us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
